General Questions
- What types of hair do you offer?
We only offer Virgin hair and 613 hair at the moment.
- Is the hair 100% human hair?
All hair listed on my site is 100% human hair. All hair has been tested for any processing and damage. No synthetic blend !
- How long does the hair last?
Our Hair can last up to many months with proper care. Always be sure to keep up with hair maintenance by properly washing, shampooing and storing hair after use.
- Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our Virgin Hair can be bleached up to 613 with proper bleaching as well as coloring. Our 613 Hair can be colored!
- What textures are available?
We have many textures available for our Hair. Please check our Collections for what textures are currently avaliable.
- Do you offer custom wig units?
Yes! Please message me on instagram or send a email if your are interested in custom colored units. Be mindful Pricing and shipping times may vary depending on what you need done exactly.
Processing and Shipping Policy
- How long does processing and shipping take?
Due to current demand and certain Policies taking place in the United States, Processing times have increased. Processing for orders can take 7-10 business days. Please allow this time to make sure that your hair is transported safely and also any delays that might take place.
Orders process on business days Monday - Thursday (not including holidays) If you place a order any time between Friday - Sunday, your order won’t be processed until the next business day (Monday)
Shipping times:
Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.
- Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I do offer international shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
No, after placing your order you are unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you place your order and you need to cancel, please contact me within 24 hours after placing order so you can be refunded.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns at the moment. If you are so unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via my contact information listed below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any items. All sales are final. If you receive the item and it is incorrect, please contact us immediately. If you receive an item and it is damaged, Please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

You always track your order via the tracking information sent once your order has even shipped.
